Setophaga caerulescens
The plumage of male and female Black-throated Blue Warblers differs more dramatically than any other North American warbler. Early naturalists such as Audubon originally considered the male and female to be separate species. Here's a female Black-throated Blue Warbler: http://www.pbase.com/btblue/image/50227986
