Pine Siskin

Central Park, NYC

Carduelis pinus

There have been a very high number of Pine Siskins in the NE this winter. They can reliably be seen at thistle feeders near the Azalea Pond.

Beautifully captured, Lloyd. We've had a real invasion of them here also. I have a dozen or more at the feeders each day.
