It started two years before we even moved to Hendersonville NC, because it took us two years to sell our house in Darnestown MD after we had bought our new house in Hendersonville. During that time we had a hard freeze that burst water pipes here, and I got a call from Norm to tell me I had a waterfall coming down the back wall—and he stopped that, and winterized our house as I should have. And such acts of friendship have continued ever since.
