SOMA Triathlon Tempe AZ Oct 28 2007

Well...I paid my $200 but all I got was the tee shirt and some energy bars. I lost my chance to compete in the SOMA Half IM when I underwent shoulder surgery in mid-Sept so instead took to the sidelines and cheered on my Landis teammates and other good friends. Unseasonably warm weather with temps in upper 80s to lower 90s by mid-day tested all the athletes. The Quarter Ironman began first followed by the Half Ironman. These photos are a mixture from both races.
