This was shot last tuesday night after the rocket launch.

We spent a couple of hours at the top of the mountain watching the fog roll into this valley
between San Luis Obispo to the left and Morro bay to the right.
As the fog rolled in the sky became darker and the stars and MilkyWay became more visible.

The three peaks are the remains of old volcanos which dot the landscape here.

The bright glow is from the mens prison in the valley.
