Happy at the feeder

For a while these hummingbirds avoided this feeder.

The secret to making them happy is to use the most expensive bottled water;-)

Chlorinated tap water just does not work.

Great photo - I'm used to seeing hummingbird photos where the bird fills the frame - this is different and really good, tells a story and does it well.

She seemed a spoiled little creature.. :o) I wonder how much is the cost of that expensive water per liter! Nice composition.. :o)

I can never get over how tiny they are. We don't have them in Australia so it's nice to see images of them.

Yes Brian ,I only use filtered water for the little darlings, but there is no need for colored water. Google hummingbirds and you will find a lot of good avice
