Flower name help

Any help in naming this flower would be appreciated.

Tiny little thing which comes right out in the middle of the leaf.
Blue stamen with four pointy petals.

The plant is the asphidistra (the Iron Plant) and I think it is wonderful that you have photographed a bloom. I have never seen it bloom and we have hundreds. You are fortunate.
