Soquel Creek

We went mountain biking in the second-growth forest of Nisene-Marks State Park in the
Santa Cruz Mountains.
The trail consists of old logging trails from late 1800's to the 1920's.
There is still evidence of the logging operations from the remains of the mills
and railroad trestles.

We rode to the observation point at 2500 ft. It was a loooong downhill from there:-)

This is a pic of Soquel creek on our way back to the truck.
