The start of our hike to the top of Mission Peak.
A prominent pointy peak on the east side of the San Francisco Bay.

It is a steep three mile ascent, with an elevation gain of 2235 feet or 681` meters, to the top.

It is very popular on the weekends with large crowds enjoying the views.
