It truly was an orange day from all the smoke mixed with the clouds.

The smoke particulates were trapped above the clouds, so there was no smell of smoke or particularly bad air at ground level.

And as there was no sunlight penetrating the clouds/smoke so it was nice cool day, opposite from the triple digits from the past weekend.
