An impressive fiber optic art display by Bruce Monro at Villa Montalvo, Saratoga, Ca.

25 “lilies” containing 250 acrylic stems, glass spheres and fiber optics, projector with hand-painted color wheel

The mansion in the background is the Villa Montalvo, home to James D. Phelan, mayor San Francisco from 1897 to 1902.

The estate is now a county park with hiking trails, concert hall and artist colony.
