I would drive us down to a very nice grocery store in Mazama.

Got some cold drinks and salty snacks.

Susan got a text message from a gentleman in Winthrop who had some our luggage.
Apparently two pieces of luggage flew off the roof of the SUV and he picked them up.

So we arranged to meet and recover the luggage the next day.

Also arranged to get a couple of rooms at the same motel.
