On our last day in Yosemite Valley, we did a short hike to see the still flowing Vernal Falls.

Yosemite Falls was dry and the Bridal Veil falls had a wisp of water.

it still has a bit of a flow even in autumn...interesting streaks on the granite, rather like 'desert varnish'...fine comp here..
