ROTFL. Good thing I don't think too, too much while I'm doing
this because if I ever did stop and think about it, I'd probably
freak-out, freeze up, and then become flat as a pancake. My father
must be rolling in his grave now... ("Didn't I tell you not to run
out onto the street again!). And so why wasn't I hit by the taxis?
Well my guess is that they'd sooner go around me rather than hit
me and have to deal with hours of filling out paper work. Just
a guess.
