Wheel project - reducing vibration at highway speeds
I purchased a set of Pacific Dualies wheel liners and installed them shortly after the purchase of our 2016 Sunseeker in late 2015. We'd always had a vibration at 65 and up, so much so that we limited our speed to 63 at the most.
I took the unit in for a balance/rotation, and had removed the liners prior to the trip. There was virtually no vibration through 70, and after the balance, no notable vibration was felt.
Thus... time to get rid of the liners, as pretty as they look.

You'd a thunk they would have been better for $70
Two were twisted, but they flattened out once mounted. I coated the inside with zinc for rust deflection
Setting grip angle; they were straight, so were a bugger to install and didn't set flush with the rim

They had a curl, but it didn't align with the wheel curve...
