Hiking & geocaching trips to McDonald Forest west of Adair Village

This area has intrigued me for some time; I knew there was a number of hiking & biking trails in addition to several roads that could be potential biking opportunities. I'm not near fit enough nor have the equipment for many of the mountain biking trails, so these hikes have a couple of objectives: Get on the mountain!, hike some of the trails & roads first-hand to see what they were like, find geocaches, and enjoy the area naturally.
I'll be able to run my Trek dual-sport on the roads and gently down some of the trails, but have no aspirations of hitting the gnarlier trails, especially when climbing them.
