Old prints found in a tin owned by my late grandparents, featuring snaps of family holidays from western Gold to the Gold Coast, which would have been one hell of a trek back then.
They're mostly from the 1930s and 40s but some, like the one of the surf carnival at Kirra, date back as far as 1929 (from the inscription on the back).
Amazing to see how much the coast has changed with all those pristine dunes but not everything has: parking was still a nightmare even back then!
