the first day of the first ashes test between australia and england at the gabba in nov 07. a great day out. the series was still in the balance at this stage but not for long. a lot of those big names on the scoreboard (langer, martyn, warne, mcgrath, gilchrist and hayden) have since retired so that was the last time i'd see them in action. we only get one test a year here but i missed the last one against new zealand bcs the fun police have now banned lenses over 100mm. so i've banned myself from giving them any money. (i know this was ages ago but i've been working thru an 18mth backlog of pix! so many pix such little time)
