The Place
Our yard all set up for a pleasant evening part and barbeque. We selected the best day of the year, September 22, sure to be not too hot and without rain. We had the caterers lined up and this lighted area was where we would put the tables to seat our 53 guests.

Rain
The weather forcast wasn't good. At this point there's no chance to rent a tent. The only shelter is our hangar. Out goes the plane just in case it doesn't clear. With guests arriving at 5:00 and rain falling at 3:30 it was time to go set up in the hangar.

Catering
We had two caterers. Two Buds Barbeque catered barbequed chicken and tri-tip. Joyce Woodall catered all of the salads and cakes.
