I was on the phone this afternoon with Septentrion (301-322-2219) asking why they hadn't picked up our trash last week. I was told they did. So this is just from Thursday. I asked why they don't pick up regularly like our twice a week contract requires and they said they do. I asked if they would pick up today and they said of course. Well here it is, 7:05pm. No regular trash pick-up.
