Linda and David took me around the tourist sights of London today. We covered quite a bit of ground including the Underground, what a complex maze. Here I got a different view of Tower Bridge, which I like for it's playfulness--straight horizons be damned!

You did tell me this, Chris. I didn't notice the statue then. I can't remember if the tilt was intentional. Probably, to get the subject where I wanted in the viewfinder. (Now I'll say anything to get the "artiste" credit. :)) It was shot at 21mm with a Sigma 18-50. I'm pleased to have come home from London with at least one photo that's "different." (Even if Chris has taken it before.) Thanks Linda for taking us through here.

This is the view I told you about. I put it on a birthday card to my niece in Birmingham not knowing that they were going to celebrate her birthday in London. They stayed at the hotel behind you. She opened the card whilst sat on a seat also behind you and was most surprised to see a photo of the view she was looking at!

He is blaming it on the Nikon! The D70 sensor is slightly tilted. To get an even horizon line you must rotate the handgrip side of the camera a bit clockwise.
