Self-portraits are so much easier when the focusing can be done once and forget about it. I slaved a Vivitar 283 to keep the background white but got just a bit too hot on the left side of my face and picked up some green that I don't know how to get out. This is about 40% of the original image. I preferred this crop in the end. The hat is my Spurs hat from Linda.

The doctor had a tough time trimming the ends of my dissolving stitches today. So did I as he kept grabbing a hair from my new beard and pulling it out. That really hurts! He managed to get 8 of 17 clipped off, they were kind of holding a scab in place. I'm glad to be rid of them and the scab fell off tonight, with one more stitch knot in it. More than you wanted to know, I'm sure.
