My SIGMA 12-24 EX DG is very good, less sensitive to lens flare
than my SIGMA 15-30 EX DG which is also a very good copy.

My pictures of churches are all made with available light.
Some churches are rather dark, even on sunny days.
You need a tripod, patience and time. High ISO doesn´t help.
You loose sharpness and depth in the colors.
