One Day in 2013 at the Zoo


Upon the debut of the new Penguin Plaza, I met up with a friend at the Zoo.
In between about a half hour of visiting the Penguins
and later doing some walk-around photography for another half hour,
we also enjoyed several trips on the Sky Safari in the changing October light.

Although it wasn't a "serious" photography day, we both came home with some nice memories.

A friend forwarded me the link to your Kansas City zoo photos. A photographer myself, I admire what you have done here. Not only is your camera work amazing, but each image also tells a story. It's hard to believe that all these great images were taken in just a couple of hours. I'm looking forward to looking through your other galleries. You have a lot of talent.

I was there for the Penguin Plaza grand opening and took a lot of photos. But none of mine come close to how great your photos are here. I'm so impressed. You are quite the photographer.
