Yes, this mom did allow me to get fairly close... I hope my new guide this summer will be as good as the one I had last year. I also hope the lighting is as cooperative. Everything just came together for this shot making it a favorite photo of mine for 2007. However, it's Alaska: so whatever will be in 2008 will be. Photographs are there just waiting to be taken.
