I remember the first week with my 500 f4,
packing that and hand holding it gave me a workout.

I actually use mine whenever I travel. I ship the big guns on ahead of me, and their boxes(inside another box)keep them safe during shipment.

It keeps you in shape!! The boxes are a real waste nobody ever really uses them.
