Actually, the puppy was outside the "jail" (ie,the Puppy Playpen).

This tiny mighty mite was squeezed between the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and the bars of the playpen in a space that technically "doesn't exist" for anything except for mice and teeny Chihuahuas.

When you're the size of this Long Coat Chihuahua, it seems as if you can fit almost anywhere.
