"This lead thing doesn't bother me." 1-04-25

A wild and headstrong youngster, almost nothing bothers Tara.

Including being reigned in.

***********

However now, she can't just totally ignore me as long as I have her on lead.

Tara has a fantastic personality, but she is going to need a firm (while still gentle) hand.
She definitely lives up to the words "Spitfire" as her breeder's mom described her.

There is now going to be a fine balance of keeping her under civilized control, while not breaking her wonderfully, carefree personality.

Know exactly what you mean. Our dog, Rocky, is a great dog, but he still gets in trouble and it is helpful to have him on a light lead in the house.

Ha! That's definitely the look of someone who isn't going to back down.

That is certainly a confidant, poised stance.
