Now that she's used to being in the kitchen, Tara is becoming bolder and bolder. And as long as she's confined to the box, the older dogs have lost in interest in her. However, once she gets her freedom, she may be more than they will enjoy handling. For a tiny little thing, she is really starting to play rough with me. Too rough sometimes!
Tonight, she latched her tiny teeth on the band of my rose gold & diamond ring and refused to let go. Yes, her mouth is that small. She had the entire mouth full of the band with the ring on my hand. The ring is not loose, but she still managed to attach herself and then absolutely wouldn't listen to the "no" command. She just hung on and pulled for all her worth. Ouch!!! When I managed to free the ring from her grip, she immediately went after my bare skin with her sharp baby teeth. Double ouch!!! Then, she went after the ring again.
She'll also beat the dickens out of the toys we've given her. I don't think I've ever had a puppy this wild before. I sure hope she isn't as rough with the older girls when they're allowed together.
Meanwhile, she is so darned cute. And sweet. When she's not a wild Indian, she's a cuddle bunny.
