The running facet is a waterfall, and the spray hose is a shower.
Our sink is a divided sink. So, this is just part of it.
Having a small dog does have its advantages.
Bailey has enough room around her on just this one side of the sink for at least another half dozen Chihuahuas her size.
The outside temperature reached 102 degrees today with a heat index of 110. That made bathtime a pleasure for Bailey who didn't want to stay outside at all to even air dry. She also didn't want the heat of the hair drier (which she normally loves) today.
Climate Change (one reason the World is growing hotter and hotter) has brought with it an overabundance of mosquitos and ticks. When giving Bailey her bath, I surprisingly found a tick in her ear. Because my own April tick bite made me so ill, I now check the dogs every day. Ticks are such nasty disease vectors. Since Bailey never goes into the grass, I don't know how they find her.
Bailey gets a full bath at least every other week. Sometimes more often. She gets groomed every day and enjoys the attention. Ditto with our other two Chihuahua girls. Small dogs like this are so easy to take care of. I've had big, and I've had little. I prefer little for my lifestyle. You sure can't wash a Grand Dane in the kitchen sink.
