It is the 2nd edition Hallmark Jingle Pals singing and dancing Snowmen, circa 2004. The snowman and his dog sing "Jingle Bells" (the bells actually ring in portions of the show), as both are animated to "dance" the song. It measures approximately 10 inches tall and 12 1/2 inches wide. That will give you some idea of Chile's size.
