My Eye Surgeon 7-11-23

Posing Proud for a Job Well Done

My eyes will be fully healed in 4 months. I'll then be totally "good-to-go" for the holidays.
I can also do a final set on my various camera's diopters at that point.

The only glasses I'll need will be minimum strength readers to prevent eye strain when working close-up for hours. Nothing for driving or photography.

Meanwhile, everything went smoothly during my different surgeries. Hallelujah!

BTW, the surgeon's hobby is photography; so, he could understand what I wanted post surgery.

I had a very scary episode later this same day with a loss of vision after my eyes were no longer dilated. But another doctor in the clinic, who saw me after hours on an emergency basis, was equally as nice and very qualified. Previously, I'd had a couple of other scares after the first surgery, and those doctors (different ones each time) took care of the emergencies well. Two thumbs up for this medical group.

Can't even imagine how scared you were to have a loss of vision post surgery like that, wow
Would be great to live without glasses, just had to get a new pair for the price of a 50" 4K smart TV. Go figure

You must be so pleased to have the surgery over and eyesight on the mend, though four months is a long time, but at least it will be worth the wait.

Sorry to hear you had to undergo this, but happy that it was successful. I remember you had posted a picture that hinted at this, but I had no idea it was so serious.
