By the time we got to the donut store at 10AM, they were all sold out of everything except for about a dozen glazed. Since I like glazed donuts, that was okay. We took home a half dozen of them.

The donut store we go to is a local bakery and wasn't giving away donuts like some of the chains are doing today. They're just very popular. On the weekends, there is usually a line a block long out the door. Plus, they're also sold out before 10AM. But today is a Friday. No line at 10AM. Just no donuts. I wonder who got the remaining half dozen glazed that we didn't take. And do the store owners get to go home after they don't have anything left to sell??? I've never checked their hours.
