KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Smoke from wildfires in Canada has moved down to the United States, including Kansas City. Earlier this month, there were over 100 active wildfires in Alberta, which is in Western Canada. The fire has evacuated thousands in Canada and the smoke is making an impact in the lower 48 states. The EPA said Friday that air quality in Kansas City was impacted by the smoke.
