"Haworthia cooperi flowers during summer. However, you need to make sure that they get their optimal growing conditions right though. They are quite renowned for its flowering outdoors as well as for their clump of soft fleshy leaves which comprise clear tops. These flowers are small and elongate. They connect the end of a long flowering stem which arises from the plant.
"Haworthia in general take a considerable time to start flowering. Literally, they need to be a few years old to produce flowers. However, Haworthia cooperi are extremely unlikely to produce flowers when you grow them as house plants."

Interesting facts (that I normally wouldn't have guessed) since my potted Haworthia cooperi consistently blooms every Spring inside the Solar Room... I don't do anything special to get it to bloom. It's been blooming indoors in a pot for years. Go figure. My plant is over 10 years old, but I don't remember exactly when I bought it. Still in a 3 ½ inch pot, I also can't remember it not blooming.
Above, I photographed my Haworthia cooperi - without moving it - just where it normally grows. The flowers are small but pretty.
