The Micro World of Nature

This little bug was just a tiny spot on a geranium leaf. Measuring under 1/4 inches at most, I thought at first that he was a dot of mud that had been splashed from watering the potted plant. Upon closer inspection, I soon discovered that he was actually a visitor probably nibbling on the leaf.

In Summertime, scenes like this are all around us. However, we usually don't notice them.
