You know the old saying about the "Best Laid Plans of Mice & Men".
That's what happened with me and the 2022 Super Moon Eclipse. I had everything set up to shoot the eclipse. However, this was the sky here as the eclipse got underway. Our late night, local news, weather people promised that the cloud cover would clear off "soon" and that we'd be able to see the blood moon in her full eclipse glory. However, that just wasn't meant to be at our house. The stubborn clouds didn't move until after the entire eclipse had completely finished and the brightness of the normal full moon was back. Oh well.
This takes me back to the events of the 2017 Solar Eclipse: https://www.pbase.com/britestar/2017_solar_eclipse
Nevertheless, despite the uncooperative weather, I still, got some photos of both events. My photos were just "different" than what I had planned.
