Stark Reality
As much as one may wish to pretend, the pandemic hasn't gone away.
If anything, the situation seems to have worsened in the past year.
Last December 27, 2020, there was 19 Million Confirmed Cases of COVID in the USA: https://pbase.com/britestar/image/171302639
Even with protective vaccines having been available for a year now
- plus more being known about how to slow the spread of this virus -
confirmed numbers have still gone up dramatically in the USA during the past year.
Too many people are not getting vaccinated.
Nor are they following mask & social distancing recommendations.
In 12 months' time, things have risen by an additional 34 Million known cases and an additional 500,000 deaths.
The US is in trouble. The world is in trouble. Even China is fighting the virus again.
