He said that the “so-called pandemic” and efforts to develop a vaccine are plots by Russia and China to spread communism worldwide.

“Anti vaxers and conspiracy theorists are adding vaccine doubt to a public, who may agree. Thus, one more roadblock in the possibility of the United States ever breaking free of COVID-19 and life in America returning to normal. Researchers have worried for months that politicized skepticism of COVID-19 vaccines could hurt their efficacy.” The Associated Press

LONG TERM EFFECTS:
“Hundreds of thousands of Americans and millions of people worldwide experience lingering COVID problems that could impede their ability to work and function normally. This is a phenomenon that is really quite real and quite extensive,” Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the nation’s top infectious diseases expert, said. While the number of people affected is still unknown, he said, if long-term symptoms afflict even a small proportion of the millions of people infected with the coronavirus, it is “going to represent a significant public health issue. Such symptoms — ranging from breathing trouble to heart issues to cognitive and psychological problems — are already plaguing an untold number of people worldwide.
