Night shot with only one ambient lamp across the room.
In other words, very low light & hand held...

My opinion? This is not terrible shot from an inexpensive lens under extremely difficult shooting conditions. The dog was "real" and not at all posed. In other words, she moved at will. A moving target is not the greatest subject for hand holding a lens lacking IS (or even one with IS) at just 1/10's. Still, I was able to get the shot with reasonable clarity.
