One of the perks of flying First or Business Class on many airlines is being able to shower (after a long flight) while in the Club Lounge. These shower rooms are often as well appointed as a hotel bathroom.

Unfortunately, few Club Lounges have also caught up to long haul passengers' need to nap between flights. You can shower but not nap. Day beds in club lounges are seldom an option.
