Where Deer Go in the Rain 6-12-19

After yesterday's severe thunderstorm https://pbase.com/britestar/image/169352622
I noticed this pair down near the wooded area & small stream that separates our yard from the neighbors'.
They seemed wet but quite relaxed.

Nice capture of the pair. We had a little fawn here yesterday for a brief moment in the rain, but I couldn't get a shot.

Love the eye contact in this excellent capture. It is nice to live near wildlife because you never know what to expect. Always new photo opportunities when you least expect them. VV

Kangaroos do the same, hardly venturing out into the rain.
