That's the words that jumped out at me today as I entered our development on the last leg of my 2 1/2 mile walk. I was more than ready to "slow down". That last quarter of mile to our house is uphill & I have to push to finish my walks when I take longer, faster walks.

That aside, this newer sign was really put up for motorists who drive far too fast on this road without sidewalks. The speed limit is 25 mph, but many of the local teens probably top 50 mph. The school bus also has a habit of going way too fast. The bus scares me.
