Hard to believe that it's been a year today from the 2017 Total Solar Eclipse: http://www.pbase.com/britestar/2017_solar_eclipse
The most exciting thing I did today was to take advantage of a little cooler weather (unfortunately just temporary) without rain. In early evening, I even was able to get out with the girls to do a long walk around our neighborhood.
Bailey and Bella enjoy the walks with the stroller. Chile absolutely LOVES the stroller and our walks.
When we passed a German Shepherd tied to a tree, the big dog went absolutely wild: barking and lunging. In response, my 3 tiny girls ganged up together to tell him off. Luckily, the Shepherd's chain wasn't quite long enough to reach the street and us. I was concerned up until the big dog was abruptly stopped just 3 feet from the stroller. Today was my first time walking through this small housing development of earth homes. If I ever go back, I'll have to remember to walk on the other side of the road to avoid that dog. If they hadn't been inside the stroller, my girls would have really taken him on!!! Chihuahuas don't know they're tiny dogs and will stand up for themselves.
