Since my daffodils & tulips aren't blooming outdoors,
these indoor flowers are in honor of Spring.
Tomorrow FINALLY is supposed to be warm here. Actually at 80 degrees, it will be above the seasonal norm. Maybe then, Nature will get a long awaited boost.
Unfortunately, right now, it looks like our flowering crab apples http://www.pbase.com/britestar/image/159857616 are probably going to just leaf out this year & not flower. Boo hoo. But maybe I could be surprised. We'll see by next week.
Springtime in these parts can mean 20 degrees one day and then 90 degrees the next and then back to 20 again. It's crazy. Sub freezing temperatures and snow are again predicted for this upcoming weekend... for the third April weekend in a row. I'm sure that won't be good for the outdoors flowers that might start to wake up tomorrow.
