HOWEVER

It is freezing outdoors.
The heat is still on in the house.
And the Bailey is snuggling in blankets for warmth on the sofa.

This is a baby blanket that I recently bought for the girls' new stroller: http://www.pbase.com/britestar/image/166711054 Well, the stroller was actually new last November.

I got it to use in warmer weather to take the two tiny girls with me when I go out walking for exercise. I've been waiting 4 1/2 months for warmer weather.
It's now almost mid April. I'm still waiting... The stroller has yet to be used.

Meanwhile, Bailey obviously does like the pretty new pink blanket. This evening, she discovered it folded - fresh from the laundry - temporarily on the sofa. As you can see, she immediately assumed it had to be hers.

Sooner or later, the blanket will go into the stroller, and we'll be able to go walking in the fresh air. I really hope that it is sooner (rather than later) because once we hit Summer, the temperatures here become too brutally hot to go out walking with the dogs.
