I'm very happy that this "older" (8 years old) Christmas Cactus is now totally covered in blooms. I didn't do anything special this year, but she sure is beautiful. Past years, I was lucky to see a dozen flowers on this plant, and they were never timed to all bloom together. Because last year, she didn't bloom at all, I had almost forgotten what a stunning red she is. However, this year, she is blooming better than any of the new, greenhouse grown plants (forced to bloom for Christmastime sales) that I've seen in stores. I'm absolutely delighted.
