Dyslexic Flag

The football team is the Kansas City Chiefs.
Their logo is an arrowhead with the letters KC inside. Their flag banner usually carries the wording of "CHIEF'S KINGDOM". It's a local "icon".

When I opened the image on my computer screen, I discovered a somewhat dyslexic flag.
The normal arrowhead logo is at the top of the flag.

However, the following was below that:
"K - I - a backwards N - an upsidedown G - D - O - an upsidedown M"
with
"C - H - I - E - an upsidedown F - a backwards S"

Now, this is weird.
SOMEONE RAISED THE FLAG UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS!!!
What is even stranger is that no one in real life seemed to notice.
The American flag next to the Chief's flag was fortunately raised properly.

How odd! Who would fly the flag upside down?
