I was awaken yesterday morning by a woodpecker tapping on the side of the house that is against our bedroom wall.
Although our house has an all brick façade, it also has decorative wood in between the herringbone pattern. Woodpeckers are drawn to the wood.
When I got up and later went out into the Solar Room, I then found this Woodpecker INSIDE our house.
This is him trying to get out a closed window in the Solar Room.
To give him his freedom, I had to open the doors to get him back outside.
