Because I'm not headed to Alaska this year - for the first time since 2003 - photographing these glass bears will have to satisfy my "bear fix" for 2013... Sigh.

Well if nothing else, at least I now have a pic for our insurance records.
Although this "species" of bears may safer, I'd rather be in Alaska photographing fuzzy, wild bears. BIG, BIG sigh.
